James William Wagner (born December 15th, 1986) is a twenty-seven year old American with German ancestry, who is an Outlaw Biker with the notorious Arizona Chapter, Spartans MC. He got the alias "W-man" after a public nudity charge at the courtesy of Phoenix Police.
In present days Wagner was transferred to the San Andreas Chapter. The purpose was to reinforce manpower in a rising conflict between the Sons of Silence MC and the local Chapter.
