Raymond MacFarlane, or better known as Frost, is an American Biker, with Irish origins, born by Irish parents in Pipe Creek, Bandera Country, Texas. Raymond is an old friend of Wesley Finn who has personally invited him on the roads of Los Santos. He is currently affiliated with Spartans Motorcycle Club which momentally operates in Willowfield, Idlewood. Raymond can be seen riding its black Harley Davidson Fatbob, on the streets of Los Santos.
